24 Hour Cancellation Policy: We reserve the right to charge credit cards on file 50% of service cost or redeem a gift card at full cost of service if 24 hours is not given for cancellation. 

Refund Policy: La Palmera Spa reserves the right to deny issuance of refunds to any and all parties unless therefore authorized by management. If issuance of a refund is denied a credit for the full value of the refund will be applied to said account.
